Our white wine is made from the Vermentino grape (Rolle), which gives the wine a fresh note with delicate floral aromas.
Our wine, our terroir
The Domaine Saint-Ange vineyard is undergoing a complete overhaul, with the replanting of vines to revive the estate's production, using noble grape varieties such as Syrah for our red wines, Vermentino for our white wines and Cinsault for our rosé wines.
The terroir, composed of clay-limestone soil, is very stony, and the vines seek coolness and humidity deep down, giving them a unique character and typicity. The vines must suffer in order to express their full aromatic potential.
