Red wine
Our red wine, made mainly from Syrah, also contains a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon. The Syrah gives it red fruit aromas, velvety roundness, and the Cabernet gives it structure. It is matured in 225 L “Bordelaise” type barrels, where it ages for a year to continue its evolution. It is then bottled, but must rest a minimum of 12 months in bottle to complete its evolution and reach the beginning of its fullness. Wine is a living matter that evolves over the years, surprising us and revealing its secrets over and over again. It can be kept for 10 years or more if the storage conditions are optimal. Its structure and character will surprise your taste buds throughout the meal.
