Rosé wine
Our rosé wine is a delicate blend of Cinsault and Grenache. The Cinsault brings fineness, freshness and lightness to the wine, while the warmer Grenache counterbalances the Cinsault, giving it structure and length on the palate. The blending of these two grape varieties creates a well-balanced wine that's delicate yet lasting throughout a meal. It goes very well with Mediterranean dishes such as salads and crudités, as well as grilled meats and brochettes.
